We are still open for business! As news of the Corona virus grows, it seems every aspect of our lives has been suddenly and unexpectedly affected, especially in the marketplace. Shelves are empty of valued products, the stock market is volatile, local and global businesses are at risk … Oh that we were all just manufacturing and selling toilet paper!
In an industry mostly dependent on strangers visiting private homes, we realize there may be rising concern amongst homeowners and even home buyers with regard to personal contact, whether it be a seller welcoming a potential buyer into their home, a seller managing various venders servicing their home, or a potential buyer entering an unfamiliar home. As a team, we have discussed how we can proactively address this situation and would like to share some of our thoughts with you.
First, we want to reassure you that our photographers have been advised on how to minimize the spread of contagions. Your seller’s safety and peace of mind is important to us. Hand-washing and other wise cleanliness practices are encouraged and required of our team.
Second, in an attempt to help you overcome the marketing hurdles you might be facing due to virus concerns, we’d like to recommend the use of our various video and 3D imaging services in order to greatly focus the traffic coming through your listings to serious buyers. With virtual home tours, potential buyers can tour your listings quickly and safely from their devices, zeroing in on the homes they’d like to schedule to visit. This will open your listings to views by buyers both domestic and foreign, near and far, healthy and less-healthy, better than regular images. We believe this technology will help the sellers feel confident that their homes are being presented to all potential buyers safely.
Third, and most important, please let us know how we can help you market your properties sensitively and responsibly. If your clients have a particular request, for example, please let us know. We want to help you navigate the rough waters brought on by virus concerns.
From our team to yours, thank you so much. We are grateful
for the opportunity to do business with you.
